The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway station and the airport. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. We were impressed with the room service and housekeeping, which ensured a clean and comfortable stay. The hotel's room was clear and pretty. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. The location was good and conveniently located near the subway station. However, only 1 or 2 people were able to speak English.
The lack of communication with hotel staff was the main issue during my stay.

Spent our Christmas in this hotel and we were pleased with our stay. The breakfasts and room cleanliness were the best aspects. The breakfast had a wide variety and was frequently replenished. The room was spacious and fresh. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the subway station, which was useful for our travels. the staff were friendly.
The language barrier was our biggest issue. Communication was tough and there were only a few staff members who could speak English.
